Is it worth buying a sealed Guided by Nature commander deck for 35 dollars?

That seems a bit too high for 2 year old product with 3-4 money cards in it. Do you want the deck itself?

Well, it's MSRP. If you can find it for cheaper, sure, but you're paying a fair price for it.

That's the Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury deck, right? That's got a few good cards in it like Titania and Ezuri.

But that is about it in terms of expensive cards. Titania, Protector of Argoth and Ezuri, Renegade Leader are good commanders, but the precon itself is not wroth it.

Buy it it's worth it. Freyalise is worth about 15 dollars and rising song of the dryad is at least 5 as is ezuri and Titania. So that's at least $30 value right there so you're getting your money and it's a really good Precon

Song of the Dryads is also in the deck.

I would figure out a deck you would like, and figure out how much of the cards are in the deck. If you already have lot of the smaller cards, it will be better to buy singles.

It goes for anywhere from $43-$70 based on Amazon, TCGplayer and MTGGoldfish. So $35 seems like a great deal to me.

Fantastic precon, but remember it's getting reprinted in Anthologies soon.
