Should I open it?

Hey guys

So I just bought a sealed box of Return to Ravnica. Now I would like to know who out there thinks that it is a better idea to keep it sealed and try to sell it later as opposed to opening it now and selling the cards now. I'm pretty keen on opening it, but if you guys think it's a better investment to not, I won't.

I also have the same question for the new Duel Decks, the modern event deck, and the new FTV, all of which I have preordered.

(I realize that we don't know what are in the latter two products yet, but in general, do you think that it would also apply to keep it sealed)

Open that shit up homie. Boxes take a long time to become significantly profitable on a small scale- just draft it with some friends or something.

RtR boxes already spiked about $200 around here.

how could they possibly be 200? you could buy a box on tcg player and with tax and delivery it barely hits $105.

you could double your money all day

xzavierx: no idea, but the stores around me either don't have any in stock or are selling them for $250-$300.

Opened it, just because I saw boxes on TCG going for $95 with shipping...

Got 2 Hallowed Fountain , 2 Steam Vents , a Blood Crypt , a Desecration Demon , a foil Precinct Captain and foil Epic Experiment , a couple of $2-4 dollar rares, and a few other notable dollar rares. Not too bad. Definitely going to hold onto these shocks.
