Have an offer to purchase oll of the below for $225.
2x Mutavault
2x Blood Crypt
1x Temple of Malice foil
2x Watery Grave
4x Steam Vents
1x Maze's End
I think I should, I see a lot of value here. Thoughts?
It's a good deal, but for what purpose? Do you plan to keep the cards for your own use, or attempt to turn a profit later on (either in trades or cash)?

Well, the cards are worth more than $225. If you will be using all of these, or want to try and sell them after they rotate out and slowly increase in value, then it is probably worthwhile.

I say go for it. You have upwards of $300 value there. The shocks will rise because they are eternal format staples and I don't think they will see a reprint any time soon. The Mutavault and Mana Confluence are also going to be a good investment. Mutavault will hold value again as it sees a lot of modern play. The Confluence though is just a better City of Brass . I would unload those during the Khans block while wedges are standard playable and they will be at their height. I don't see them holding a lot if value after they rotate.

My view would be to keep the shocks and Mutavault 's to use and an investment. Sell off the temples and Mana Confluence 's after rotation, I think they will rise in price during this time and a good time to sell.
I will obviously use some, but this a lot of investment as well.

With just the shocks alone you have about $200 of value. Throw in Confluences and Mutavaults for another $80. Haven't even started with the temples.
I think shocks and mutavault will dip when they rotate but will go back up in a year or so to $15ish a piece for shocks. If you have the money to comfortably do this and don't mind holding on to them for a while, I'd say go for it. I'd also wait to hear about others input because the magic economy is not one of my strong suits.
