Also is now a good time to sell? just watching my binder value go down 4-5 dollars a weeks sucks so ya let me know what you think. Where the best place to sell? also I would of linked my binder but I forgot how haha sorry

- If you're adamant about stepping away from the hobby, I would recommend selling out of all but a favorite deck or two. Returning Magic players are actually Magic's largest growth area, so chances are at some point your situation will change: new friends will want to play, something will re-ignite interest, etc. So it's worth it to keep something around. As for how much you can get that's entirely dependent on what's in your collection.
Also is now a good time to sell?
- Again, depends on what's in your binder. Right now is the best remaining time to sell out of RTR block cards. A few RTR cards will transition to eternal formats, but most of them will not. Where as say cards that are heavily played in Modern will be peaking in the next few months as we move into the Modern PTQ season. There is no great rule of thumb for selling everything if you're looking to get the absolute best price.
Where the best place to sell?
- In general, the more legwork you do the better your return will be. Selling on eBay and Craigslist will get you the best rates in cash, but you need to put some work into it. There are several sites online that will have buylists with going rates on buying cards, and many LGSs will similiarly buy cards off you. Both of these are going to only give you a % of what the card is really worth because they are looking to make a profit on reselling it, but it can be useful if you're just looking to sell quickly and without hassle.

Don't sell it to a store. If you come in with a big collection you'll be lucky to get 30% value for it.

I don't know much about selling cards... I usually trade them or just sell them to my local store, who gives me 50% of the price in cash or 75% of the price in products....
But a friend of mine got bored once with magic and decided to sell all his cards, he even sold his affinity deck... in 3 months or so, he regretted his decision of Selling his deck... So, as a friendly advice, sell your cards, but keep your main/favorite deck.
