Should I trade promos for non-promos?

I have the SDCC 2018 walkers as well as one of the uncut foil War of the Spark sheets. I am kind of sitting on them right now, and really like both of them, but I am also looking at getting one of each fetch land, which amounts to over $400. Promos like the ones I own generally do a good job retaining value as time goes on, and I usually never consider trading them for non-promo cards. However, lands also retain value well, and I am considering making some trade offers for some fetches using my promos. Do you guys think this is a good idea?

No items to crafts, no quizzes to solve, no battles to battle, no increases in tap radii, no sites to dig to get mystery prizes - just send your characters to four hour tasks.
So by just increasing the prize threshold, what did EA achieve? Did they increase their revenue due to increase in donut sales? Did they get an increase in user database? Did they achieve racial equality?

Personally I'm usually willing to trade anything for any other thing of equivilant value (though I do tend to try to trade up and acquire things that I expect to grow in value over time). Particularly if you're looking for functional cards to play with and intend to trade cards that you won't ever be playing it's hard to find a reason to say you shouldn't ever make that type of trade. Certainly, some things are difficult to acquire a second time and anything you feel you can't replace but would want to replace should be thought about at length.
