Does anyone else see this cards price going up? I feel like it is extremely underrated at the moment.
I don't see it doing much. It depends on too much to be good. You must cast a noncreature spell, you must have another 2 mana open, you must have a creature on board, that creature must have a decent power etc. It's not great.

What about using him in U/R delver? I've heard some people talking about it

I will admit, I do actually run him in UR delver. The thing is, my build already ran a playset of Gitaxian Probe, Gut Shot and Mutagenic Growth before any of FrF was even spoiled. Shu Yun swings for disgusting amounts of damage on turn four. The issue is that I'm not running even a single maindeck counter, so I have no real way to protect Shu Yun. He represents a very high mana investment with no guaranteed payoff. I still run four, because why the heck not, but I don't claim to have a competitive deck, either. :P

And you know Lightning Bolt just does it better really.
You don't want to be running 3-drop creatures in Treasure cruise delver

what about having a flipped delver out, casting a lightning bolt then paying the 2 to give delver double strike? idk i may be wrong but i feel like this guy has some major potential.

That wouldn't happen until T4, and would cost 3 mana. It's a good idea but more vulnerable to interference than just casting burn. A 2 toughness creature being played on T3 is SUPER easy to remove. Even after you cast that lightning bolt, he becomes 3 toughness. That's still easy to remove. He then gives delver double strike, but delver has 2 toughness as Insectile Aberration Flip, which is again easy to block and remove.
Delver depending on creatures from T3 to T4 is risky given that there's a large chance the opponent will have interference at this point. It generally swings T2 and T3 but from about that point onwards its creatures start dying and it has to turn into burn.

Well, it's not like the price can get any lower at this point. If the card weren't legendary, it would be significantly more expensive IMHO. The ability might not be too useful in multiples, but its legendary status encourages decks to run fewer copies. Since the card is already a rare and not a mythic, and only really Jeskai will run it in standard, it might not rise much. It might be a few bucks, but it might just linger around the $1-$2 range like it has been doing. We'll see, I guess.
