Signed Mana Drain Value?

Hey guys,
I wanted to know the value of a signed Mana drain (by Mark Tedin). Does having a card signed by the artist increase it's value? How does one go about determining whether or not the signature is a fake? The mana drain is from Legends.
It's where the check the condition of the card and seal it in a case so you can sell it as mint to collectors. If the card isn't pristine then I wouldn't do it. I believe it costs around 50$. Companies that do that are PSA I believe. I can't remember the other one at the moment.

I bought this on eBay for $126. The description/pictured said it would be in English (no signature). I am (hopefully) going to get a refund while (hopefully) keeping this one. If so, I'm trying to determine the value of this.

That seems pretty cheap. Is it Italian? Take it to a card shop and see if they can tell if is fake or not.

As the picture shows, it is in Italian unfortunately. Can workers of a card shop really tell if it is fake?

Ahh, vandalized by the artist - sorry to hear that. It's worthless now. I'll take it off your hands for $5.

Yeah the picture doesn't work. Cam we get a link to a working picture? Also anyone with a jewelers crown cam tell if it is real. If you tear a cars in half you will see blue glue. You can look for that with the crown and that will usually authenticate it.

Signed cards have a decreased value to vendors but an increased value to a niche group of collectors. As for telling if it is fake or not, I would say send it off to get graded if it is in good condition and intend on selling it. If not then I am not sure.
