The Latest Buyout: Urza's Mine

It would seem as though the next in the line of modern staples being exploited by the secondary market has arrived: 9th edition Urza's Mine has within the last 24 hours spiked up nearly 900%.
(And sorry, idk how to link the graph image...)
Obviously, this is just a ridiculous asking price for such a card -- if for no other reason than the fact that all the others are still cheap comparatively. That said, these are the kinds of buyouts (and I say buyout just because of the drastic change) that can permanently affect the face of Modern. Even if this card lands safely around 5 bucks, that likely means all the urza lands will. Going from ~15 bucks for the full 12 to ~60 bucks for the full 12 is going to be bad news for those looking to get into the format.
Thoughts? Opinions?
That's probably a bug in the system, you can still buy all Urza's land for less than 5 euros (total) here in the UE.

I think the reason for it is that the 9th ed art is different than the other printings, and it probably won't affect the price of the others. It only affects the Mine.

It's like ABUR duals. You just gotta suck it up and buy the ugly revised ones if you want to save money.

I play white bordered ones and I don't mind them because they stand out as the "tron pieces", to be honest they're not that bad. This spike isn't too bad though, its like the price difference between white bordered and black bordered Hurkyl's Recalls.

If it is a bug in their system then my bad lol. I just saw it and felt like posting about it.

The 9th ed art is gross. I own a playset and wish they were 8th Urza's Mine.

I got them for under a buck each. It was a bunch of years ago, and I always loved them. I think it might have been before modern, or right when it got started.

So basically, that 9ed Urza's Mine in my binder is going to sit there for even longer now along with collected company and foil. It's honestly not good news at all. I hate buyouts.

Should I trade/sell my Antiquities all pictures set? What do those go for now?

Well, that happened to me once: I was heading to my LGS to buy a couple of Sylvan Caryatid. When i asked about the price,i was waiting 5-8$.The price was 17$ each. What happened? Someone in the site was selling when for 25$ each and the price went up. I guess that has happened here too.
