What are some of your votes for cards to keep playsets of for either monetary reasons and/or play strength reasons from Theros.
I think Curse of the Swine could be put to use with some cooky combos. I'm looking forward to working with that. I kind of like Fiendslayer Paladin as well. Lots of understated cards that could be interesting if you managed to break them. Apart from them, the obvious ones are Thoughtseize and Thassa, God of the Sea .

Thoughtseize, Thassa, and Hero's Downfall are the only one's that have not dropped dramatically. Those are the one's you should gather.

Magma Jet and any of the temples, scry lands are becoming more and more relevant with time

I agree with Magma Jet . They were a few dollars before being reprinted and will probably rise at least a little after Theros. I disagree with Scry lands. They are only good in standard, and are unlikely to go much higher than they already are anyway.

Considering they are literally the worst dual color lands that are rares, it's not worth gathering them.

Thoughtseize is the obvious one.
Thassa, God of the Sea and Purphoros, God of the Forge both have eternal format potential. Thassa is just plain good, and Purphoros is very breakable in the right deck. That deck just hasn't been built yet.
Hero's Downfall is a damn strong piece of removal. I see it losing value after rotation, but only if Wizards keeps printing decent removal. If there's a lull, this might see play in Modern.
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is a unique land that will only rise in price, provided it sees play.
Swan Song sees some play in eternal formats. It won't skyrocket in price, but could easily hold steady.
