Theros Block Box

I'm looking to buy a box of boosters from my local shop and they're priced around d $95. Would Theros, Born of the Gods or Journey into the Nyx be the better deal?

Yeah Theros had Elspeth, Thoughtsieze, and 'Walker Xenagos. Journey has Selesnya Ajani, and Mana Confluence though and is a smaller set so you are more likely to pull any 1 rare. I feel like even though a point could be made for either way but that long term buying Theros and hoping to pull a Thoughtsieze is going to be the smarter investment.

Theros has Scry Lands, Thoughtseize Stormbreath Dragon Five Gods also has three walkers, and I think thats it for good rares.

go theros, you have alot more better rares, foil thoughtseize's are great and if you get a elspeth you may build a deck around her, or even keep her as she is a money card. I feel as though that whole set was better since it didn't have so many useless rares like born of the gods did and JOU ( Whims of the Fates Eater of Hope Bearer of the Heavens )

But they're pretty much all trash long term. Real value is in Return to Ravnica.

I've only been playing MTG for 4-5 years ( not totally sure, but I think it's 5 :P ), and based on my experiences, individual boosters aren't worth it, but I've never purchased a fat pack or booster box in my life ( I'm 12 years old ). I haven't sold cards either ( and only bought cards once, some garruks and other m13 cards, and 4 Giant Adephage because I like to play giant useless creatures). So based on that, I don't consider myself very experienced on this topic, but based on the rares, I'd go for Theros. However, I don't think Theros was that good (maybe that's because I'm used to RTR, Innistrad and zendikar?). I would wait to see what's in the next block first.

Theros would be the better of the three due to Elspeth, Sun's Champion , she will hold some value until rotation.
Thoughtseize is what you're looking for here, the only thing in the block that will hold significant value over time.
