Thinking ahead: Polluted Delta or Wooded Foothills

I currently play a modern infect deck and the only cards I am currently missing include Noble Hierarch and Misty Rainforest
Now in terms of fetches, I have 4 Windswept Heath] and 1 Wooded Foothills currently in my deck. I would to add at 3-4 more fetches to my deck to make the mana more accessible.
I've already decided to pass on the Misty Rainforest because I'm a poor college student and 3 more Wooded Foothills would do just fine. But thinking to the future, I was thinking about getting some Polluted Delta for my deck instead for the sake of future deck building before khans rotates.(the logic is I can still fetch for Breeding Pool with Polluted Delta)
In terms of optimizing my current infect deck/acquiring u/b fetches I may want in the future should I pick up some for infect? Or would the addition of Polluted Delta harm my infect deck and I should just get the Wooded Foothills
I've also considered having some fun and going to g/b infect every once in a while instead of the traditional g/u infect. So im just trying to make the most logical choice
As has already been mentioned, the ability to grab basics is crucial for almost any modern deck. It enables you to play around cards that could hurt you. Go with foothills.
In the interest of future deck building, acquire Polluted Deltas if you can at random intervals. That's what I'm doing. It will cost more in the long run but spread out over time, it won't hurt that much

Agreed with the above. You don't want to sit there dead if a Blood Moon hits, so make sure you can fetch your basics.
I'd also trying to obtain the blue fetches in the near future because blue fetches.

Surprisingly enough, it seems as though Deltas are some of the least-used modern fetches since blue isn't doing that great in Modern atm. The most popular deck that uses Deltas now is likely any grixis variant, whereas the Foothills see play in Zoo, burn, Infect, Kiki Chord, plus more than I can think of off the top of my head right now. However if you ever plan on playing legacy, picking up blue fetches now sounds like a great idea. If not, go with the foothills.

If it's the deck you have on your page Somewhat, kinda, sorta, budget Infect), then I would say remove 2x Yavimaya Coast and 1x Forest... then add in 1x Breeding Pool and 2x Wooded Foothills.
If Blood Moon is not overly prevalent in your Meta, consider converting another Forest into a 4th Wooded Foothills.
I run 1x Dryad Arbor in my list, but that's because of a high number of decks running Liliana of the Veil. - I love to sac-fetch for a Dryad Arbor in response to her -2.

Foothills for a basic is just infinitely better here, grab the RG.
