Anyone else notice this? Think it's value will increase due to the synergy between the Tomb of the Spirit Dragon and the ability? Was just a random thought I figured I'd share.
There's also the nonbo of the devoid creatures having colour intensive casting costs and tomb of the spirit dragon tapping for colourless.

I guess only the one is 2 colour casting cost at the moment. Still a relevant downside though. Tomb of the spirit dragon also isn't that impactful of a card, what deck is going to want to play a bunch of creatures and then just not do anything while it taps out every turn to gain a couple life?

TheDevicer: while you're very right, it's important to remember that this card is as prevalent as Monastery Swiftspear. So while I doubt it would reach the price point of swiftspear, it could (note: could) raise up to a buck or two depending on how needed it is.

Ghostfire Blade is a more likely spec target, since aggressive Devoid Eldrazi have already been spoiled.

@Spootyone There's no way a land that could potentially be played as a 4-of in one (or maybe a small number) deck could reach the value of a card that became the subject of quite the hype train as it saw play across three formats. I could see this thing rising to, say, maybe a dollar. That's if there's any room in lists to run this over sweet man lands or something.
If I were to speculate on cards from that particular set, it would not be Tomb of the Spirit Dragon by a long shot.

UpsetYoMama I love Equips the way it is, so Ghostfire Blade seems like a good spec target for me. If not, then I can always include them in one of my like six casual decks that could use them. (Well, not that many, but still.. I have a mono-U Myr deck that could use them, I'll probably end up building some sort of jank from the Devoid creatures that BFZ is bringing us, plus one for my Kozilek, Butcher of Truth EDH deck... Actually, come to think of it, I might could find six decks to put the Blades in. Lol)

Well, like I said, I doubt it will ever reach the price point of Swiftspear. I was merely pointing out that supply alone is not high enough to constitute is never going up to a buck or two.
Personally, I don't think it will.

It's possible but not likely. It won't go up unless a Devoid-centric deck running a playset of Tombs mainboard wins a IQ or something.
