Trading for a foil Flooded Strand?

So long story short, this guy I know buys a Khans pack and pulls a foil Flooded Strand. He barely knows how to play and owns maybe 100 cards (beginners luck I suppose). Is it worth it to trade him a random $70-$75 worth of cards out of my binder for it? I'll use it in EDH and legacy. Basically, I'm asking if you think that Flooded Strand foils will go up or down from here on from their current $80 mark.

Yea I would do it. Fetchlands are a staple and the foils won't be going down.

Trade for it. It will only go up.

Plus, if you're trading smaller stuff for it, you're really winning out. Don't rip him off, but give him cards that he can make a deck with.
