Troll and Toad Changed their Requirements for Free Shipping

I have been a customer of TrollandToad for many years, because of their great service and selection, but they recently made a change that bothers me greatly: they have increased the minimum purchase amount for free shipping from $25.00 to $50.00, which obviously does not please me.
Free shipping was one of my favorite aspects of that vendor, but this is now the second time that they have increased the requirement for that service; originally it was only $10.00, but then they increased it to $25.00, which was tolerable, but $50.00 is ridiculous, since I am certain that an average player of their games will not purchase such a great amount in a single purchase.
This decision shall severely affect whether or not I remain a customer of theirs, and I do hope that they change their mind on this decision. Several years ago, Amazon.com raised their requirement for free shipping from $25.00 to $50.00, but then changed it back, likely because customers complained, so I hope that the same shall happen with Troll and Toad.
What does everyone else say about this?
Regarding TCG player, I agree that does become a hassle. But at that point I would usually find the card at the LGS near me. If the card is under 0.50, they charge 0.50 which is more than fair. It adds up a few bucks here and there but thats fair given how much I go to the LGS.
And yes! I'm all for cool accessories, cool tokens and deck boxes. I try to collect them and try them out when I can.

Free shipping isn't free. I used to use Troll and Toad, but the underlying card prices just aren't as good as CFB or Card Kingdom. You were always paying for shipping, and now they have to charge more to make up for the gap in sales with more efficient competitors.

Honestly? Idk because I just use TCG to find me the cheapest vendors. If a company wants to make themselves less pleasing to the customer, then they are only shooting themselves in the foot. I don't care so much for supporting a particular online vendor as I do an LGS. But even then, TCG for life.
