Value of Chinese Flooded Strand?

I could only find a single one sold on ebay for 35$, but it seemed overpriced even though its foreign.

What would you guys value it at?

I don't think Chinese cards are worth much more than their English counterparts. Maybe $25? It's subjective to how much you can get someone to pay for it..

Non-foil foreign cards don't go for so much more than the English ones. You could get $20-$25.
