I'm looking to pick up some Voice of Resurgence in the very near future. Thing is that I could wait should it turn out that people see it going down in price. Personally I don't really see it but I'm not an expert at speculation either so I thought I'd put this out there before committing to something.

It will probably go down in price after rotation, but not by much. It's used in Modern, but mostly as a 2-of in Melira Pod. It might get used more in Modern in the future, so the price might spike back up again at any time. Probably the best time to buy would be right after rotation.

If you want them, get them now. Rotation doesn't hit until Octoberish, plenty of time to get use out of them.

Thanks for the input guys, definitely appreciated. For the record I'm playing them in Standard at the moment and I was interested in potentially investing into them so I figured I should look into picking some up.

Hatebears and maverick decks are adopting it in modern lately. As well as modern junk. I would get them now, in the current modern meta any of those decks can pop off. I would say hate bears more so, with the insurgence of tempo and affinity aggro coming up.

Pick them up now. I picked up my playset for about 25$ each. I've watched them closely for a while and 23.00 ish was the lowest I ever found 1 for. They seem to currently be going back up in price.
If Journey into Nyx has a G/W Anaji planeswalker card, odds are the price will go up more.

If you're buying singles though, aim for the low price rather then mid. Mid is the trading value.

What format are you looking to play it in? If it's for Standard, then Voice of Resurgence is probably about as low as it's going to get. If you're looking for any other format, wait for rotation. Even the best cards that are already or will see eternal format play take dives when they exit standard.
