Voice of Resurgence price spike

Voice of Resurgence just jumped to like $40. whats up with that? The only thing I know its played in is hatebears, is this a reaction to twin being banned? because the price spike seems to coincide with the ban.

it was 70 before... if anything it dropped, mind you it was a buyout that made it 70$

You're like, 2 weeks late. lol But anyways, yes it was due to the Twin ban, and as mentioned it's already dropped from it's initial $70 to $40. Unfortunately, I don't see it falling any lower.
