So I haven't looked on TCG player or card kingdom since the video was shown but I agree with several of his picks. Some of them are:
- Foil Zurgo Helmsmasher
(were) under $1.00 when the video was made. They are already ticking up. I think getting a foil for $3.00 or less is mandatory. Not sure I'd go over $5.00. - Foil Narset's under $10.00? These are pretty much gauranteed to get up to $15.00 within the next 5 years.
- Dictate of Erebos? Yeah tons of players use it. Especially tri-color decks. The flash matters a LOT and only having two
makes it easy to cast compared to the 4 drop version. This is one of those cards where I would personally not feel like it's worth it to buy it even though I feel pretty sure it'll keep creeping up.
Some of the cards didn't really catch my eye but I think he's made some very good choices on what to showcase here. It seems like just yesterday when all the Theros cards were being opened keeping prices so low after rotation but I guess it's already been awhile.

In general I'd say the window on EDH specs for Theros block is closing fast, and for many the ship has already sailed. I don't know about foil Dictate of Erebos(f) but the chance to catch a deal on regular copies is long gone. I picked up over a dozen at $0.50 apiece a year ago and I'll start selling when they hit $5. I get Grave Pact has been printed 6 times but Jason Alt pointed out that even with all of those printings there are probably many more copies of dictate in existence due to print run size. I'll bet that the difference is even more significant when you think about how many copies of dictate are sitting in bulk or binders vs. pact, since so many people who want a pact already own it. That's why dictate is $2 and pact is $10, and also why dictate will take a loooooong time to catch up.
I think you can easily expand the Keranos, God of Storms spec to include any and all of the gods. I think almost all of them can be broken in the future, so ROI should be fairly even, but if there is a standout, Keranos is definitely the one with the highest potential. Still, the time to do this was a year ago.
On the other hand, now is the exact time to spec on M15 and Khans. Wedge nailed it there.

Exactly! Look at Karametra, God of Harvests. She was $1.99 all of standard and now is begining to rise. Ajani, Mentor of Heroes is doing the same thing, but from $10 instead of $1.99. Keranos, God of Storms is also a part of this trend, he is creeping towards $15 again. The Temples are out of the short slumber at under $1, as some are up past $2 and climbing. Slowly but surely, Theros is begining to come back!
