Geralf's Messenger and Bonfire of the Damned are only marginally playable now. Garruk Relentless Flip sees some EDH play (as do the other two). However, this limited usage is not nearly enough to float their Standard peak prices.

Even Huntmaster of the Fells Flip has dropped drastically in price. M13 cards too, such as Thragtusk . It's remarkable how many standard staples become fringe modern cards.
I would expect the price of the cards you mentioned to drop, but it also depends on your site/store too, I guess?

Garruk Relentless Flip is actually somewhat playable in Modern and Legacy. Modern Jund decks have experimented with Garruk, and Legacy Maverick often plays him as a one-of.

Grinning Totem - Mirage, and Jester's Cap Ice age. My 2 favourite money cards that aren't anymore.

Man, I remember getting a Jester's Cap from Ice Age, I was so excited. I never sold it... definitely should've.

ok two more has beens on the chopping block Hellrider and Vexing Devil

Vexing Devil will stay at a consistant price due to it being a staple in RDW for Modern!

Yah vexing devil was honestly not a good fit for standard decks. It's much better in modern where players take so much damage from shocks and fetches that 4 damage to the face is 1/4 of a players life and all the creatures save Tarmogoyf and Doran, the Siege Tower are dwarfed by it.

It depends. Liliana of the Veil , Snapcaster Mage , and Geist of Saint Traft see play elsewhere and will hold value. What you mentioned, for the most part, will not.
