I currently have around 10000 Pucapoints ($100) and I was wondering what you guys think I should trade for to increase that amount in the long run. Thanks!

Fetches and shocks are good, but unfortunately, everybody and their mother on pucatrade want shocks and fetches, so it'll be a long time before you get them, if at all.
Modern staples are always good - Thoughtseize is going nowhere but up, Eidolon of the Great Revel, Abrupt Decay, tron pieces, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, etc.
Legacy staples won't be going up a whole lot, but they're super stable and won't lose you a ton of money: Show and Tell, Sneak Attack, Sensei's Divining Top, Gaea's Cradle, ABUR duals, etc.
Stuff with EDH appeal is good too: Chord of Calling, Genesis Wave, any big dragons or angels, etc.
Alternatively, you could just cash in for Tarmogoyfs and Force of Wills.

Do you think Tasigur, the Golden Fang would be a good investment?

Also would now be a good time to trade away a Karn Liberated or should I wait?

I don't think Karn is really going anywhere, so you could probably trade him off.
Not sure about the Tasigurs.

Go for Windswept Heath and offer a small point bonus for someone to send them to you. In my experience, offering even +100 over the going rate is enough to get the most sought after cards pretty quickly, assuming people still want to trade them. Sure it feels kind of crappy to part with an extra 400-800 points for a playset of Heaths, but considering how low they are at present... I don't know, it seems reasonable to assume they'll rather quickly make up that difference in the future.

I would go for Windswept Heaths. Fetches are a pretty solid investment, and Heath is way down after the Clash Pack announcement.
Abrupt Decay, Polluted Delta, Flooded Strand, and some others are also very solid choices.
