I have a Foil Mana Confluence in my one EDH deck, but I'm taking it out for a couple reasons. So now what should I do? Keep it? Sell it? Trade it? Hang on to it to put into a cube?

Well if you feel that you will put in into your cube, keep it for your cube. Otherwise right now is the highest it will be because once it rotates it will dip quite a bit (not sure how much though, I believe to around $15)

It's a foil, so it is less likely to lose it's value. I would probably put it in your cube if you have one, cooler cards in a cube is always a good thing.

SELL SELL SELL SELL it's basically the same as City of Brass which is a lot cheaper. If you really want it for the cube you can buy back later.

Well, City of Brass foils are $25 or more, and currently Mana Confluence foils are $30 or so. Plus Mana Confluence is better, although not by much, so the foil can likely retain its price tag.
