So today Cracked a box of ETM and was pleased to find a foil Mana Crypt and a Karakas in it, but now i'm stuck. What do you think I should do with it keep, sell or trade. Thanks for the help in advance.
definitely just get rid of them karakas took a huge hit and I think the EMA version can go lower than it is now in the future since its only played in legacy and vintage and the foil mana crypt is nice but as people open a bunch of ema I think it will drop a bit

There's not a high likelihood that a "bunch of EMA" will be opened because it's a very small printrun. I honestly think you should hold both. Karakas at Mythic will keep it's price from bottoming out, and it will settle at a solid price in the next 6-12 months. The foil Mana Crypt is only going to rise because 1.) It's foil and 2.) EDH players want foils.
TL;DR Keep them. Selling now is a terrible idea.

I second what the good Dr says. A good portion of the product is being opened and sold this week, thus for the next month or so, the pieces will be really low until most of the sealed product is opened.
In there grand scheme of things, there were only 20,000 of each mythic and 40,000 of each rare printed (non foil numbers). In the long term, this will barely effect the price of the cards, however, it will take a while for the prices to settle at their appropriate going rates as people are still selling off stuff from their boxes.

Selling now is not a terrible idea its actually the best option. People are hyped that the set released and cards are inflated a bit. Just because its a limited run instead of unlimited run doesnt mean its a small run by any means this will be opened up just like MM2 which still has tons of boxes unopened so it will be opened up to meet any demand by far because less people want these cards. Also as far as mana crypt is concerned the foil of EMA is just the same thing as the other 2 with either different art or just a different set symbol as i believe the other two are both foil. This means anyone who wanted a mana crypt before ema came out and could afford to get it already has one and with the price its at now a lot of people cannot afford it which will cause its price to drop. Karakas will definitely drop but maybe like 10 bucks more in the coming months since its already taken a huge hit.

Look at Mana Crypt. Prerelease, it was $110 low at TCGplayer. Now, it is $75. Now, that is one card, but each card is slowly losing value right now. When the set stabilizes in about a month, it will give you a better value of their true price point. To me, if you are looking for a profit on the card, sell now. "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" is a saying we got 'round here.

if you want the money now. sell as soon as humanly possible.
if you don't get out of them in a week, best to hold onto them for a couple years.
some of the Ema cards are seeing their first real printing in a very long time. the hype and market for them is unknown. even with limited print runs, mythic, blah blah blah. how many people really want a karakas. esp if this set is coming out every 2 years. once all the n00b who rush to play D&T realize it's not fun to play the cheap deck in legacy, they'll be unloading their Karakas too. so it'll be spikey but lower for quite some time. if it dodges reprint in Ema 2 in five years it'll be back up close to $100 or more for karakas. same if mana crypt doesn't see reprint again.
so yeah. money right now. or wait a handful of years.

Go find your binder.
Open your binder.
Put those card in it.
Close your binder.
Now you can do one of two things, the second of which is my recommended one. First, if you currently have a project that you are building such as modern merfolk, trade those cards to help finish that deck. Second thing you could do is forget that you have a binder for 5 years then remember where your binder is and sell those cards for MAD DOLLA DOLLA BILL Y'ALL!
OR: if you are ever in desperate need for some hot crisp american currency (or wherever worse country you may or may not be from), sell them whenever you need to.
