Why is Illness in the Ranks foil $15?

Was checking the binder and I noticed Illness in the Ranks
is suddenly $14.99, why did this happen? The regular is 25 cents.
Probably Sword of the Meek unban plus the following buyouts.

No more thopter tokens or lingering souls. Solid sideboard choice. Also having something on the field you can drop prior to the combo with thopters is good.

Hoses 1/1's across the board for 1cmc and doesn't go away unless specifically destroyed.
As said. Sword of the Meek makes Thopter Foundry playable again. So it's people speculating on seeing a lot of 1/1's. Why not kill them in style with a foil anti-anthem?

Take note it only kills tokens. So it won't hurt Bob, Young Peezy, Delver etc. It's a solid choice though.

It doesn't directly hurt Young Pyromancer but it certainly neuters his effectiveness.
