Why is Omniscience so expensive all of a sudden?

When did Omniscience get so expensive and why? I'm really curious about this. Does anyone know?

Omni Tell is doing really well in Legacy right now and SCG Worcester is Legacy the weekend of Memorial Day.

I'd figure EDH crowds finally realized it's awesome in EDH, however I recommend against playing Enter the Infinite.
