Will Auriok Champion drop anytime soon?

I'm trying to build a Soul Sisters Deck in Modern, but I'm on a budget. Any chance I can get my playset for less than $150 anytime soon?
Drop? No. Soul Sisters can be competitive and pretty fine without it, though.

More than likely it'll rise due to Modern season picking up.

Le sigh.
Worth to trade one for one an Inkmoth Nexus, its around the same value right now(I think), although that one recently jumped. The reason I want the champion, even though its way out of my budget, is that my meta at school consists of a HUGE number of Burn decks, which Auriok Champion wipes the floor with

kipahlord13 try Kor Firewalker against burn decks

You are playing soul sisters against burn. The match up is trivially easy because you have access to such a huge range of fantastic sideboard cards and your main board strategy is designed to beat burn as it is. I wouldn't be too concerned. How many lands are you on?

It's really good against Jund and Abzan too, though, which is primarily where it shines. Obviously it's amazing vs burn and comes in against that, too.

I don't have the deck on TO right now, but my deck looks something like this4 Soul Warden
4 Soul's Attendant
4 Suture Preist (to become Auriok Champion)
4 Ajani's Pridemate
4 Martyr of Sands
4 Squadron Hawk (to become Serra Ascendant once i have monies)
4 Mentor of the Meek (to become Ranger of Eos)
4 Honor of the Pure
4 Spectral Procession
4 Path to Exile
16 Plains
2 Ghost Quarter
2 Windbrisk Heights
dont have a sideboard yet, only barely built the deck yesterday, but im looking to get some leylines of hexproof for the burn matchup

I honestly, wholeheartedly would not bother to sideboard expensive cards against burn with a deck like that.
Leyline of Sanctity is fine but Kitchen Finks and Timely Reinforcements can be got for cheaper. Also leyline isn't really that fantastic against burn anyway.

You should really be on 8 soul sisters too. 4 Soul Warden, 4 Soul's Attendant. 4 is definitely not enough. 6 is arguable though.

So if you were to build a super basic soul sisters list you would be on:
That's your stock basic list.
Your first priority should be those Serra Ascendants because upping the number of creature threats from 4 pridemates to 8 (4 pridemates, 4 ascendents) is HUGE.

If you are running the Martyr of Sands, you should maybe consider Proclamation of Rebirth. It can give you a lot of value without spending too much money

What I currently have is 4 Squadron Hawk, which works very similarly, although when I upgrade to Serra Ascendant I will have to substitute all of them at once, since there is no reason to run fewer than four if it. Also,
SQUAD UP!!!
Really my best reason to play that card. Although the fact that I have the physical cards is a plus too...

Auriok Champion likely won't drop unless it's reprinted, and the next time where it will likely be reprinted is Modern Masters 2017. Also due to it having protection from colors, it's unlikely that a better version will be printed in a new set since protection was phased out.
If you need them to complete your deck, I'd say just go for it. You could also just run some of the more budget replacements, like Suture Priest. Nowhere as good, but saves a lot of money.
