Is there a place for it in modern? Its 20ish dollars right now but is that because its in standard?

this would be better in the economic section, but as for your question at my shop for modern it saw play in american control, it could see some play but I do not expect a lot and see it dropping down to maybe 10$

Moved to Economics.

I can see it ending up between $5-10, especially because it's a mythic.

What would make it cheaper other than the loss of demand? What I'm guessing is that it just won't function as well as it does now in Standard due to Modern's fast pace; am I missing something?

The ratio of supply:demand completely flips, everyone with it now most likely uses it in some way (honestly haven't seen many revelations in trade binders), whereas once it rotates out alot of people won't be using it, in addition to no one really needing it anymore.

It is played in any U/W/X modern deck really that wants a late game.

However, demand will be much much lower.

It might go above $10 after a year or two post rotation, when the market gets flooded with them many copies will disappear into the casual players collections, but the card in general is really slow.
