Will the Value of Gaea's Cradle go Down?

As stated. I have a playset of Gaea's Cradle and because they are ridiculously priced high, I am worried that the price is inflated and that the value of the cards will go down?
I know they are in reserved list, but is there any way that Gaea's Cradle value will go down? Maybe a better land that will replace the card? or what not?
Or whether I should cash in or trade out now while they are high.
On the other hand, is there a situation that would drive its price up? If you don't think so and you'd like the cash, might as well sell them

Short answer is no, it'll never reduce in value (at least not by much).
The long answer involves some kind of combination of the following:
Cradle is part of one of the most broken land cycles in existence from one of the most broken sets in existence, so broken that the head of WotC threatened to fire its designer (Mark Rosewater himself) if he ever made another set like it.
It is an eternal staple in at least two decks, although it's only a four of in elves.
It is an EDH staple. Playing green in EDH? Need a cradle.
It has a relatively low supply seeing as it's an older card.
Sell/trade them now? Well, I mean, you can, if you're not using them, freeing up over $500 of capital seems good.

They would drop if they restricted or banned it, or if they edit the legendary rule again.

Considering that
a) it's never been banned or restricted (aside from its block constructed) and
b) the legendary rule just changed not too long ago
I don't really see either of those things happening. Still something to keep in mind I guess, but not likely at all.

@ Asher18
It was on his podcast. I will look up which one it was and post it later.

I play elves so figure i should give some insight into this. Gaea's Cradle is busted. It's busted enough that it probably should be banned. Why hasn't it been banned? Because it's green.
As far as value goes, the only reason this drops in price is because A) it gets banned or B) a key component of the elves combo deck in legacy gets banned, or C) some other card gets printed that makes elves as a whole worse. An example of C) is when Treasure Cruise was printed. That card was so busted that it made elves as a deck worse. Even then, NM Cradles dropped to like, $100-120. None of the key components in elves is strong enough by itself to get banned, except for the cradle, so that shouldn't worry you. And again, Cradle getting banned is unlikely, because it's green. And green is somewhat weak in legacy.
The pricing upside on this is pretty high. If none of the above happens, it should just slowly keep creeping up. If they print a very good elf or two that can get added to the deck and improve it, it will spike $20-50.

It will likely never see the light of day again and they will never print a land as good as this ever again. Definitely a safe keep IMO.
