Build or Improve?

((Before I start, if this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry but yeah))
Alright, so I've been debating something for a while, and I'd like to get other's thoughts. So I will, in the near future once my current set of trades go through, have 150$ puca points, and there's a few things I've debated doing. I've considered buying parts that I would need to slowly work my Tempered Steel themed deck into Affinity, or I could start on an entirely new deck.
For most, improving the deck I have into the better version would be great, but I play mostly casually, as I don't get the chance to get to game stores often (If ever). And for what I play, the Tempered Steel deck is perfectly suitable for it.
Although, if I did work on a new deck, I'm unsure of what I would make it. I'd have roughly 200 to spend off the bat, as I'd be willing to put like 50$ of my own cash towards it.

For casual play, I always like Quantity over Quality. If your deck is already well-suited for your casual group and you have fun with it, I'd rather build another one of that Level rather than making one that's already fun stronger. More variety within the play group is always great and improving a deck that's already good might make the deck opressive in your casual group.
My vote goes to building a new one.

To be honest, I'd just improve your deck that you want to play. There's really nothing more satisfying than having a deck that you really enjoy and built from the ground up. For example, I've experimented with a lot of different modern decks - storm, jund, mono-black devotion, white weenie... The list goes on. But nothing beats me going back to the original deck I built, elves. I've never gotten bored of it and I'm proud of the fact that I built it and finished it on my own. I feel like in this situation, finishing your Tempered Steel deck would make you feel the same way. And anyways, making a brand new deck takes time, and takes resources away from you, because you never know. If you make a new deck, you really might not even like playing it in paper. Online testing is really a lot different than playing it in reality.
Personally, I'd say build towards your Tempered Steel deck :) It will be really satisfying having more pieces that you can play for it. At the end of the day, though, the decision is yours!
