Does a card like this exist?

I am looking to see if a card with these effects exists. I feel like it could, but does not. For the amount of damage, I am just putting five, but it doesn't have to be exactly five.
-Card Name- Deals 5 damage divided evenly to up to five target creatures. If more than one damage is done to each creature, it is dealt one damage until the total damage has reached the chosen amount for that creature.

Fireball and Dwarven Catapult are the only cards that currently divide damage evenly. You also templated the ability to deal damage as a single event and then tried to swerve into multiple events of damage at the last second.

If Wizards were to post a card like this, they would probably do something along the lines of Seeds of Strength , where each instance of damage is independent. To my knowledge, this has never been created, but I am not 100% sure how to do a Gatherer search to that effect.

Anti-Sticky_keys: That is exactly the reason that I was looking for such a card. I was just trying to see if there was a card that I could activate enrage multiple times with just one creature. This is for the times that I do not have Forerunner of the Empire ... Or even if I do and have Polyraptor but do not have a creature to activate the ETB ability; I could hit my Polyraptor with three separate instances of damage. Then on the last one I accept Forerunners ability and in the end come out with a total count of 32 Polyraptor
Gidgetimer: Those are close, but the actual damage that is inflicted is only inflicted once. Basically 5 damage to target creature and then 5 to another target creature. You mentioned swerve into multiple events of damage at the last second, what do you mean? That still doesn't give you the ability to target a creature more than once, correct?
cdkime: That is along the lines of what I was thinking. And neither do I know how to search for something that repeats the same lines 3 times. But yes that is the exact idea that I am thinking. This would give me the ability to target 1 creature 3 times or target 3 creatures one time.

Or instead of the Polyraptor combo. If it is early in the game, I could hit my Ranging Raptors with the card and have 3 extra land in one go. This could easily change the pace of the battle.

"Deals 5 damage divided evenly to up to five target creatures." makes a single damage event. Like the two cards I mentioned. "If more than one damage is done to each creature, it is dealt one damage until the total damage has reached the chosen amount for that creature." is trying to make it into multiple damage events for multiple damage triggers. Cards that deal damage as more than one event would be templated as cdkime said or like Cone of Flame . Though Cone of Flame requires each target be different and damage to each target is a single event. But the three separate clauses make it three game events for times that it would matter.

I'm not sure where you're playing the deck at, but there are cards like Pestilence , Pyrohemia and Festering Evil if you're willing to put the mana into them. Fiery Confluence will also allow you to deal 1 damage 3 times, similar to the effect that cdkime was talking about. If you are using this effect for Polyraptor, I think Izzet Staticaster could be pretty cute repeatable way to ping the original Polyraptor as well as all the tokens. Hopefully you'll be able to use one of these.

I think Fiery Confluence is the only damage spell that causes multiple damage events to occur to a creature, but it hits all. At least the only one I can think of.

Damage is typically dealt in lump sums, but Forerunner of the Empire + Polyraptor is a combo?
