How do I add a missing card to the database?

I noticed that “Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa” is missing from the site and I wanted to add it to the site’s database but I can’t figure out how to do it. I followed the instructions in the site’s help page but there’s no green button like the instructions say to add a card, at least not that I could see.
Can someone walk me through how to do it please? Thanks in advance!

Thanks TheOfficialCreator. I must just be blind cause I’ve checked at least 5 times and I still don’t see a button that says Add Missing Card.
That’s super weird that the card isn’t showing up if it’s already in the system. Is there a way to let the site admin know about it?

Go to "Cards", go to "Brother's War", and then click "Add Missing Card".
Just so you know, I have tried adding Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa already, but it appears to already be in the database. I don't know if it hasn't fully compiled yet or not, but the image, text, and such are already in the site.
