Land Manipulation...???

Is land destruction or land manipulation feasible in todays current standard? There are a few black land destruction/manipulation spells. Blue has bounce, and of course Red Land destruction. Green has a little but not much.

So I was wondering is it at all feasible?

I heard from some others that it's not feasible any more =/

With classic style Land destruction no its not, considering 99% of all land destruction is 4cmc. but as this thread is titled, there is also land manipulation.

I am currently running a B/U- Land hate deck. and I think its pretty decent. I will find out farm more information on Friday.

I have a land manipulation deck similar to Qysas that had some surprising success at its first FNM. Even against one or two color decks, depending on their draw you can really mess with them. Walking All Over You if you want to have a look.

As for land destruction, the only time I've seen it really work in current Standard is Destructive Force decks. Those are very very powerful, but aren't exactly conventional land destruction.

I would have to agree with you Crothselm, Dforce decks are not exactly conventional to say the least. I also foresee Dforce becoming something dangerous in the very near future.
