Can any users here help with mtg.design problem?

Hello all. I recently started using mtg.design. I noticed a problem and thought that since many users here use mtg.design, they would be able to help. I like creating cards on mobile, (Galaxy S9) and that is where I ran into a problem. When I copy and paste an image URL into the Artwork URL section and hit the reload button, the card image art is still blank. Here is the link I am trying to use. I also tried downloading the image to see if that did anything, but the downloaded image is still blank where the art should be. Do you know how to fix this?

I've had the same problem especially with images from Pinterest. In retrospect, I didn't check if the URL ends in ".jpg", but I opened them from google in a new tab with only the image. So it might be a thing with Pinterest, as well.

It also has a circle in the type line like Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip. It shouldn't have that if there is a mana cost on the card right?

Next to where you set the rarity, you can choose colour marker (or something similar). If you choose to not have one, this circle should be gone.

I see color indicator, but that only changes the color of the card?

From my understanding of mtg.design, the artwork URLs you use can't be just any link, they have to be an actual image .jpg link. As in, the link needs to end in ".jpg". This can be achieved fairly easily by putting the image you want on imgur and then getting the link from there, but as for the image you wanted, try this link instead:
https://i.pinimg.com/originals/c7/6e/d5/c76ed5bfee698ca3d45f3a80ad6abadb.jpg
I got that link on my phone by right-clicking your link, previewing it, and then expanding the preview, which provided a direct link to the actual image. I hope that works for you!
