With respect, I think most people would prefer not to click on links or respond to surveys hosted on a third-party website by a user who only created a TappedOut profile for the purpose of posting the link. It comes off a bit sketchy, even if that is not your intent.

Instead, perhaps you could post the survey here, and then ask users to post their responses behind an accordion block for privacy. You could even post your survey within a Code block itself, so it would be pretty easy for users to copy-and-past the survey and already have the responsive formatting be correct.

So, your post could use the following Code:

I would like to do that. It seems pretty simple, but it's better to have all the answers in one easy to access place. Plus the google survey is dynamic. Depending on your answers it either will or won't ask you certain questions.

Eledain, technically I shouldn't say what I need it for. Though if you got to the last question (by answering the right ones before it) then it's a little obvious. What I will say is that it's for a product.
