So Zada, Hedron Grinder has got to be the most misunderstood commanders played.
The main confusion seems to be the fact that Zada does not actually "cast" the copies she creates.
More often than not, I see people trying to use these copies to up their storm count, or trigger "on cast" abilities like Guttersnipe . This does not work unfortunately, as the copies are not cast, they are created on the stack.
I bring this up after a guy from my LGS showed up super proud with his new, all foiled out Zada Commander deck, and proceeded to play her all wrong. The poor guy almost cried after I explained Zadas interaction.
And I see this mistake a lot. There are whole primers for Zada here on tappedout where the deck creator doesnt realize this.
So before you build your Zada deck, make sure you understand her ability! Itll save you some embarrassment and suffering later on :)

i always think its funny when people act like they're hot stuff, then don't know simple rulings. makes modern fnm even more fun.
