How can you remove an enchantment from a creature with hexproof. I put tall as a beanstalk on my wardscale crocodile and was wondering if his hexproof protects the enchantment?

Hexproof only protects the creature itself, it does not confer hexproof to any enchantments or equipment attached to the creature. So, if you want to remove the enchantment from the creature, you can hit the aura directly with a removal spell.

If you want an enchantment that protects itself and the creature it's enchanting I suggest picking up Diplomatic Immunity.

It’ll be similar to the boots scenario. Putting Swiftfoot Boots on a creature protects the creature, but you can still hit the boots with Artificer's Hex ;)
