"This site can't be reached" starcitygames error

Whenever I try to login, or access anything under my profile when I was logged in on starcitygames.com, gives me a "this site can't be reached" error I can still access the site as well as search for cards, but everything pertaining to my profile page gives me that error. I've tried this on other computers as well, and the same issue results. I have no idea why this started happening, my internet is fine, and I've been using their site with absolutely no issues for quite a while. I even have store credit on the site, which I also can't access. I can't email them either, when I click on the "contact us" page, the same error once again pops up. Here is the exact error message:

This site cant be reached

sales.starcitygames.com unexpectedly closed the connection.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewall

I've tried troubleshooting and doing all the suggested steps, but nothing works. Can anyone hit me up with the email of the site so I can get into contact with them, or help me resolve this issue? Thanks!

Wait what the heck. I've literally been having this issue for weeks, and I've been trying every day to fix it......and it just randomly worked. Wow.
