Did anyone get a Wastes #184 prerelease stamped card? Did they even make any of them like that?

There is not a prerelease promo for a wastes. There are foil versions, but they are normal pack foils.

As DevoidMage said, they didn't come as a prerelease promo. The rares and mythics of the set have prerelease promos, but not any commons or uncommons.

After a quick check on tcgplayer it seems that there are no prerelease stamped versions. Normal foils are about $15.
