Is Circle of Flame worth it in tiny leaders?

I'm wondering if Circle of Flame should be a auto-include in any of my decks running red, or just be a side board card. With the 3 CMC limit on cards I'd think I would see more toughness 1 creatures. It seems like it would be a decent pillow fort card.

I'm not super experienced in the format, but from what I've seen the card wouldn't be too good. it would definitely mess with combat math and would be good if you ran it with first strike guys

I'd only side it in if you're playing against tokens or anything else that the 1 damage will actually kill with. Otherwise there are cards that will do more for you, even Anger of the Gods would work better than Circle of Flame

this IS a format where Ghostly Prison Propaganda, and War Tax are all legal, you know. Also, most red decks don't really care about life total, and would rather spend that mana laying down creatures or burn than a barely-useful enchantment that provides no immediate advantage.

Circle of Flame seems best as a sideboard card. There are plenty of creatures that cost 3 CMC or less that have a toughness of 2 or greater. To me it seems like it would get the most use against a weenie token deck.
