So I want to design a new casual format!

Hey guys! Recently I have been very bored with the normal constructed formats of Magic and I feel like designing something new! Basically, I want the format to have a few key things:

1. BUDGET! Maybe I'll make this possible by making it pure pauper.

2. I like how each block brings a name with it, such as Mardu, Falkenrath, or Gruul, so maybe we can incorporate that into the design of the format.

3. I may want to have conspiracies legal, however I'm going to need experiment with that.

4. I have no deck restrictions yet, so as of current the format follows the normal constructed formats.

Any ideas on what I should do? Let's toss out some ideas!

Falkenrath is one of the vampire clans, along with the Stromkirk. It isnt a specifc name for a colour pairing. In fact they best represent the mono red side of vampires more than anything else

LeaPlath, I wasn't going for any color pairings, but more of theme/ location.
