Okay, so I have no idea what I'd be looking at but I really want a 3rd edition white deck. (I don't own a white deck yet so would be nice). Anyone have any suggestions of a premade deck or must include cards?

Run a playset of Swords to Plowshares. Try out Serra Angel, Balance, Disenchant, and Reverse Damage.

What the guys above suggest is 100 percent great advice - however, keep in mind Balance is cool as long as you just run one...some groups may get salty if you run four..
I would also add:
2 - 3 Crusades to buff your little guys, playsets of Savannah Lions, Order of Leitbur, Icatian Javelineers and an Armageddon or two so you can slow down other decks that rely on more mana - just make sure you have a Plains or two in hand when you cast it so you aren't slowed down.

How strict are you being on including only 3rd (Revised) edition cards? The other White Knight-like cards, Order of the White Shield, Order of Leitbur, and Silver Knight, came later than the third (Revised) edition. All are great, though.
Some more good ones:
Eye for an Eye to turn a loss into a tie or otherwise prevent a crushing blow from being one-sided
Righteousness for a fantastic combat trick - "Look. My Mesa Pegasus just ate a dragon!"
Lance as a great ability for cheap
Wrath of God to reset the battlefield
Resurrection as a perfect card to follow a board sweep
Death Ward as another - Doesn't help against Wrath, though.
Revised also has some great color-response cards, including the B, U, G, R, & W Circles of Protection and Wards, Conversion, and Karma.

BTW, for a thread like this one, it's cool to specify the Revised (3rd) edition printings, as follows, when referencing cards in the comments.
The designation for the Revised edition is "(3ED)".
Example - To use, replace the single square brackets, [], with double ones, [[]].
[card:White Knight (3ED)]
White Knight
The list of edition designators can be found here.

Witch Hunter is a good budget alternative to Preacher...I paid $30 for mine just because I needed it to finish the deck.
Spirit Link is another great card that deserves a recommendation.
