Budget Legacy Ghosts?

I've been trying to set up a legacy deck for less than $50 and all you turn 3 Marit Lage people are making it hard to figure out if I'm on the right track.

under 50? burn is the best you will get tbh. you cant even make a good modern deck for under 50... id say lowest you can do in legacy(and still have fun) is 100-200. and thats still super budget
