Creature fetch in RW
Legacy Deck Help forum

I have a deck based around one creature and I want a second way to get it in RW. It's a 2/2 for 2 if that helps. After a quick search, Imperial Recruiter was the obvious choice but that's way out of my price range. Thanks in advance for any help.

Whats the 2/2 for 2? Might help to know exactly what it is.

I'm considering Gamble. Soulfire Grand Master is the creature.

I mean, adding gives you Worldly Tutor, Fauna Shaman, and others. If you're tutoring for an artifact or enchantment creature, Enlightened Tutor would work, but that isn't the case...

Do you play alot of creatures? Since you are playing white and base your deck around a creatue im guessing you have 4x Mother of Runes and maybe other 1 drops.. If so, Birthing Pod might work for you. Sure you have to pay 4 life but im guessing you will get back lots of life..
It also enables you to have a toolbox of creatures..
You should post your decklist..

I'm of the opinion that you're going to want either for creature tutor or for some nice limited 2 drop tutors. Since has instant speed ways to tutor that may be better.

Do you have a deck list? Depending on what you're playing can change which types of library manipulation are viable. For example, if you're playing a more grindy deck, Land Tax + Sensei's Divining Top can often dig through so many cards to find whatever creatures you want.

The idea was to play a lot of burn spells and gain a lot of life. It seemed good at first but after more thought, I don't know if this deck is worth finishing. Sure, I'm gaining life and always have something to play, but when I have to pay an extra 4 to keep the card in my hand, I'm only playing one spell a turn.

Gamble comes to mind. Unfortunately you're in the absolute worst colors for tutors.
