Flashback cards VS Grindstone + Painter's Servant ?

EDIT: For some reason I failed to notice that Ancient Grudge has as it's flashback cost. With the recent discovery, I'd need to splash green. That said, I'd still be interested in what is being discussed.
Hey guys, I'm not sure where to post this, so hopefully this is the best spot as I'm looking for another possible answer to this legacy combo. I mostly play casual with modern decks, but I have a friend who runs this combo; that said, I'm looking for additional answers to it.
My deck is black/red modern vampires with the various cards to deal with this combo being Surgical Extraction on Grindstone when it is removed via Duress, Rakdos Charm, or Ratchet Bomb. Also there is Pithing Needle, and of course various removal cards against Painter's Servant which can then be surgically extracted as well.
I am curious, however, if there is a way to make a last-ditch fail-safe at getting rid of the combo with Ancient Grudge. What I'd need to make that happen, though, is an instant spell that has a flashback cost and returns cards from the graveyard to the library; as of yet I haven't been able to find anything that does this with the searches I've made (granted my searching has been limited to sifting through Google results). Also, the card would need to be black/red. Does anyone know of a card like this?
The thought here is that after Grindstone has resolved and it becomes my turn, during my upkeep I would be able to cast Ancient Grudge from my graveyard to get rid of Grindstone, followed by a flashback spell to give me a library to draw from before the draw step. Obviously the effectiveness of this strategy would be governed by the amount of cards returned to the library, as well as their types, but I'm willing to start with anything that works on this mechanic as a last-ditch effort.
Thoughts?

The game wouldn't end in a draw. Instead Grindstone+Painter's Servant will mill your entire deck and then Grindstone's ability will have finished resolving. Then the trigger from Progenitus will go on the stack to shuffle it into your library. Grindstone's repeat ability is not a trigger. It is a part of the resolution of the effect. All this said, playing Emrakul, the Aeons Torn will make this combo look pretty silly.
But if you were looking for a more realistic answer, just play removal to stop the combo. In response to your opponent trying to deck you you will remove the Painter's Servant so that not all the cards in your deck are the same colour when Grindstone's ability resolves.

Just tech in Progenitus and draw every game.
