Iona, Shield of Emeria, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Inkwell Leviathan to name a few. If you have instant speed reanimation then Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is a cool target(but probably not, this is legacy reanimator). Ashen Rider is pretty good, Akroma, Angel of Wrath. Tidespout Tyrant does well too.

Iona, Shield of Emeria, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, andJin-Gitaxias, Core Augur are commonly run in reanimator decks. Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and other big derpy things can also be added but they just aren't as good.

Don't forget, if you're running instant speed reanimation a la Goryo's Vengeance, you can respond to an eldrazi's shuffle trigger by reanimating it.

Legacy reanimator has some choices

Iona can shut off combo decks and provide a big beater in the air. Name blue for Omnishow. Then for storm black for tendrils, red for goblins.

Griselbrand is generally an autowin Jf you run force of will versus most decks as he puts you into such a good position

Grave Titan sees some play as an answer to some of the RUG/BUG delver decks who have no ways to deal with it.

Inkwell Levi is a huge untouchable dude and works well generally as a threat.

Elesh Norn is another optiom versus things like goblins from empty the warrens etc.

Those are the only real targets you want, though you could go super retro with Blazing Archon and Verdant Force

Aurelia, the Warleader is an awesome reanimate target. You can use any reanimate spell with her because she already has haste, and if you just use one Mutagenic Growth and a Tainted Strike, it's gg.

Fleetwood-Mat are you serious? To make that work you need the reanimate spell, her in graveyard, BB and a total of 8 life. She then dies to Path to Exile or similar.

Instead, you can pay B, get Griselbrand, draw 7 including more reanimate spells, counter magic, etc. Then any excess creatures you get you can discard for future reanimation and you get a 7/7 who, while he dies to path, doesn't make you 3 for 1 yourself.

LeaPlath, no I'm joking. It would be hilarious to see, but very unlikely.

If you're doing a modern/legacy reanimator, Griselbrand is definitely the way to go (since he's not banned). You only need him to hit the board to take advantage right away. With legacy, you can use Dark Ritual as a 4 of, which makes Lotus Petal very important once you get Griselbrand out. The key is getting a second creature out to kill, and actually Aurelia, the Warleader attacking in with Grisel is going to do it. You could also use Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or just use the mana to Mutagenic Growth and Tainted Strike for the win ;)

Terastodon, is incredible. Bring him out trade off three nasty permanents and give them little 3/3's. I have been using Hellcarver Demon to great success. Sun Titan can be great to bring out even more dudes using your enchantment based "reanimations" like Dance of the Dead or Necromancy. Lately I have also used River Kelpie to create combo affects. Now if you aren't talking legacy Worldgorger Dragon is crazy cool combo stuff.
