I am having trouble with a deck that relies on the power to the Stuffy Doll and Pariah combo, but I don't know what else to add besides an Arena. I have 4 of each of those cards in my deck, and there the only cards so far, so I would appreciate suggestions for new cards.

Enlightened Tutor to find the pieces.
Boros Reckoner works as a psuedo stuffy doll as well.
Fast mana sources to get the combo down before other decks kill you, so Lotus Petal, and maybe Simian Spirit Guide?
Honestly, you have a lot of flexibility in terms of the shell you put this combo into, you can go all in with Enlightened Tutor, Sunlance, Lifelink, and probably Arcbond, as Arcbond+Stuffy Doll+Pariah+Damage = instant win.
You could also slot Stuffy Doll+Pariah into a stompy shell with Ancient Tomb and Chalice of the Void, or even probably into a lands shell as well.

you can also use any of the arena-like fight cards to do damage to your opponents like: Dromoka's Command or Pit Fight or the many other cards like them. Magus of the Arena is an Arena with legs.
Another one like the reckoner is the Spitemare. And you can throw in the red kill card Blasphemous Act which can nearly guarantee a win if it targets one of your scapegoat creatures.
