Help with blue white deck

Hi there everyone. I'm just getting back into magic after a 4 year break to play with friends. I've always wanted to have a control deck and after a lot of research and help form this community I think I have something that isn't too bad. Now I'm looking for some tips for this deck. I have too many cards right now and I'm not sure what to cut. Also my card knowledge isn't vast or deep enough to tell what I need. I might need to even out how much white I have as well, it's a little lacking it seems but I'm not sure if that's a problem.My goal is to make this deck as hellish as I can to go up against for under 100 bucks.

Note: anything goes in terms of cards with the exception of weird game mode stuff like conspiracy. Also I have added 1 of each card that people have told me might be a good idea to add to replace some other cards. Not sure what to keep now...
