Help with BW Control

Hi guys. Im new guy in MTG. Need help with my BW Control deck. This deck seems lack on finishing power and inconsistent for me. Maybe due to the mana curve???Orzhov Control

I don't know what I'm looking at with this list. Is it really supposed to be for Legacy and not Modern? I won't even start on the 22 creatures and curve issues in what is supposedly a control deck until the format is clarified.

For future reference only standard decks (most recent 3 blocks) go in the standard deck help forum. You deck is listed as legacy so could go in the legacy deck help or just deck help forumn. ChiefBell could you move this.
