Help with Naya Control deck

Hey guys and gals,
I'm looking for some feedback on my attempt at a legacy naya control deck.
I'm not worried about it being tournament worthy by any means, but I'd like for it to be competitive for casual play.
I'd really like to find a way to make Decree of Annihilation more feasible. I've playtested it against some of my other decks and it did pretty well, but I feel like it's missing some umph.
One of the other problems I see is the lack of beaters and finishers, and basically just wincons in general.
