How can I activate abilities are instant speed?

Is there a card that would allow me to activate Fleshwrither's Transfigure ability on the end of an opponent's turn or in response to an action? I am unsure of any, but am trying to build a gimmick-y deck based on it...

As a general rule abilities can be activated at instant speed, unless otherwise specified.
Since there is no uniform keyword (or something similar) for sorcery speed abilities, i highly doubt that cards that would remove the restriction exist.

The closest things that exist are Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery - sadly non of them helps with ability activations.

I would recommend finding Instants that put creatures on the battlefield instead of Fleshwrither or Sorceries that do it as there are ways to cast Sorceries at Instant speed, such as Brain in a Jar

Yeah they haven't printed anything that lets you activate any ability at instant speed because it's redundant (since you can activate abilities at instant speed anyway). Things that are done at sorcery speed are done that way for a reason and R&D isn't going to print something with the potential to break the game. AFAIK, the only thing they've printed that does this is Teferi, Temporal Archmage, which lets you activate planeswalkers at instant speed via the ultimate.

I'm more curious about why you chose Fleshwrither over the gajillion other ways to tutor for creatures in Legacy in ways that either put them in play or in your hand? Entomb + Animate Dead, Natural Order, Birthing Pod, Green Sun's Zenith, etc. are all legal in the format. Hell, you even get Worldly Tutor, Sylvan Tutor, and Grim Tutor.

Seems like you're doing a lot of work to search up Avalanche Riders when you have a bunch of other ways to do the same thing.

I enjoy the flavor of transfigure... Fleshwrither is the only card that has it so an opponent would never see it as a threat, you wouldn't really bounce my 3/3 for 4cmc because it's not a threat... thanks for all the insight!
