I think i want to cut white and make this a U/R deck, but how could i replace the 4 Swords to Plowshares? Cutting white would free up 3 Tundra to sell or use in a different deck, but i dont want the deck to suffer power.
How do i deal with creatures in U/R?
I dont need it to be exile, i just need to be able to deal with creatures. Reality Shift seems too slow and i dont like to give then manifest. Im considering 1-2 Pyroclasm and something else

What creatures do you really need to deal with that stasis doesn't lock down? I'm not entirely confident in how this deck operates vs other decks in the current meta, but I imagine that your only huge concerns are like Batterskull and getting overwhelmed without a stasis.
Instead of swords, I'd probably jam in the 2 pyroclasm effects, then maybe more counterspells? or potentially something like but not necessarily Cyclonic Rift to deal with non-creature permanent threats.

Can you not just play Bolt? If you are afraid of getting your Volc, I guess you just have to play Dismember.

I second the statement about Bolt. It's about your best option in U/R with Pyroclasm.
You could go for some bounce spells, like Vapor Snag or Boomerang, but that seems just bad.

I play a ur delver deck but it might not be what you want for your deck. A version recently did well at GP Las Vegas so it might be worth looking into! I'll post my list here for reference if you don't mind

If you specifically need exile, the might I suggest Reality Shift? Sure, they get a replacement, and it's a bit of a gamble, but I find it to be an acceptable loss :) stay frosty!
